Mexican drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzmán has complained of psychological torture in the prison, alleging that he is depressed and suffering memory loss because of it, reports said. According to his psychiatrist, Chapo's cell's lights are kept on for 24 hours, roll calls are taken every four hours and his interaction has been restricted to masked guards only.
