The Gujarat Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) has busted a mephedrone manufacturing unit on the outskirts of Surat city, an official said on Thursday. Three persons have also been arrested after the ATS team raided an industrial shed on Wednesday. The ATS has also seized MD drugs (mephedrone) and raw materials, valued at nearly ₹51 crore, used for manufacturing the contraband.
