On World Cancer Day, the Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI) launched the CAPS programme to enhance cancer awareness, prevention, and early detection, especially for women. The initiative includes mobile screening vans with HPV testing and mammography, aiming to make timely, accessible cancer screening easier. This will also reduce delays in diagnosis through community outreach.
