Danish logistics firm DSV has completed the acquisition of Schenker from Deutsche Bahn for around DKK 106.7 billion. With the acquisition, DSV is doubling its size and establishing the foundation for future sustainable growth. The combined company will have a revenue of around DKK 310 billion and a workforce of close to 1.6 lakh employees across more than 90 countries.
