VP and PM of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has announced a new marriage leave policy for government employees in Dubai who are UAE nationals. According to the decree, an employee is entitled to a fully paid marriage leave of 10 working days. The employees must have successfully completed the prescribed probationary period.
