Dubai opens malls at 100% capacity even as UAE's COVID-19 cases cross 35,000

The Dubai government allowed all shopping malls and businesses in the emirate to operate with full capacity from Wednesday after weeks of restrictions were imposed due to coronavirus pandemic. The malls had been shut since March 23. Dubai also opened some public beaches, parks and gyms. The UAE has recorded 35,788 cases while 269 people have died from COVID-19.
