India-born businessman BR Shetty, the Founder of Dubai-based NMC Health, has been ordered to pay $131 million (₹968.5 crore) to Barclays by a London court. Shetty's forex business failed to meet a transaction agreement with the British bank in 2020. Shetty, who has lost most of his wealth, is stranded in India after being banned from returning to the UAE.
