Dubai's biggest developer Emaar Properties is selling the "At The Top" observation decks of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa, for $1 billion, Reuters reported citing sources. The viewing decks, which attracted 15.92 million overnight visitors in 2018, reportedly make about $163-191 million a year. The observation decks span levels 124, 125 and 148.
