Google Play Store has removed Dukaan app after Karnataka HC restrained its Co-founder Suumit Shah from running the application until the next date of hearing. Dukaan's parent Growthpond Technology sent a legal notice to KhataBook over plagiarising its logo and UI in August. In return, KhataBook's app developer ADJ Utility Apps filed a writ petition against Dukaan in Karnataka HC.
