The recreated version of the qawwali song 'Duma Dum Mast Kalander' for the Huma Qureshi and Om Puri starrer 'Partition: 1947' has been released. The song has been sung by Hans Raj Hans with the original music and lyrics retained. Directed by Gurinder Chadha, the film originally released in English as 'Viceroy's House' and marked Huma's acting debut in Hollywood.
