Dynamic Cables Ltd (DCL), a power infra cable manufacturer, including solar power, has set July 11, 2025, as the record date for its 1:1 bonus share issue. Shareholders will receive one additional fully paid-up bonus equity share for every one held. DCL has a market cap of over ₹2,300 crore and boasts an order book of ₹725.60 crore.
