Dyson to layoff 1,000 employees in UK

Dyson is cutting around 1,000 jobs in the UK in a move that would affect nearly a quarter of its workforce. The appliance making company, founded by Sir James Dyson in 1991, has 3,500 employees in UK. CEO Hanno Kirner said the job cuts were a result of the company reviewing its global structures and preparing for the future.
