To ensure safety of its students, Delhi University has asked girls not to wear skirts, shorts or spaghetti tops in the week-long study trip to Punjab on the Gyanodaya Express, its exclusive "educational train" beginning on Monday. Boys have also been asked to avoid shorts and sleeveless T-shirts. The students have been told to 'strictly adhere' to the dress code.
