After the Bihar school tragedy, the Karnataka government has taken a string of measures, including a stringent quality audit on ingredients and vegetables and conducting random checks on schools, to ensure that the children are served good quality midday meal. It will be mandatory that two teachers of the school must taste the food before it is given to students.
