OpenAI will be giving $1.5 million (over ₹13.15 crore) to each of its technical staff over the next two years, rival AI firm Hyperbolic Labs Co-founder Yuchen Jin claimed. "78% of Nvidia employees are millionaires. At OpenAI, it's 100%," Jin said. "I think we can call it 'Zuck poaching effect'," he added, referring to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg's poaching spree.
