Eating with someone you love may lower blood sugar spike after meal: Study
A Hebrew University of Jerusalem-led study found eating with a romantic partner may reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes compared with eating alone. It described the phenomenon as "social physiology", proposing that physiological regulation becomes more efficient around close social partners. The study suggests social proximity may improve regulation, but is not a substitute for medical care.
