EC declares 1st win in Maha, BJP's Kalidas wins Wadala by 24,000 votes

The Election Commission has declared the first winner in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. As per the EC, BJP candidate Kalidas Nilkanth Kolambkar won from the Wadala constituency by over 24,000 votes. Kalidas secured 66,800 votes, while his opponent and Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Shraddha Shreedhar Jadhav got 41,827 votes. Notably, the Maharashtra Assembly elections took place on November 20.
