The Election Commission of India has revised the schedule for the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Karnataka and Telangana, extending the deadlines for completing the exercise. The period for house-to-house verification by BLOs has been extended to August 3 in Telangana and August 8 in Karnataka.
