EC issues clarification about letters sent by Election Commissioners to Cabinet Secretary

EC clarified that letters sent by Commissioners to Cabinet Secretary were about an officer's functioning not any policy matter or IT division. This comes after report said commissioners objected to changes in work allocation that reduced their oversight of electoral-roll IT systems. Work redistribution orders by the officer weren't actually implemented after orders of 2 Commissioners, EC said.
