EC issues clarification over Delhi SIR notices, says 'notices don't mean deletion'

Delhi Chief Electoral Officer clarified that notices issued during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) do not automatically mean deletion from electoral rolls. The clarification stated that no name can be removed without giving elector an opportunity to be heard and issuing a proper, appealable order.
