TMC has called the EC biased and alleged it is withholding certificates for constituencies the party has won. "After deliberately delaying and dragging out the counting process, it is now refusing to issue certificates even in constituencies where victories are clear," it said. As of 7:55 pm, the TMC has won 44 seats and is leading on 37 seats.
