Election Commission on Tuesday issued a notice to Delhi's Deputy CM Manish Sisodia over his tweet about AAP's East Delhi candidate Atishi's caste leading to violation of the model code. "I'm sad that Congress and BJP are spreading lies about...Atishi...Atishi Singh is her full name. She's a Rajputani. A pure Kshatrani," he tweeted. "She'll win and make history," Sisodia added.
