Election Commission on Saturday issued a notice to Congress candidate from Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, Arun Subhashchandra Yadav, for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct. "In the complaint filed, BJP leader Neeraj accused Yadav of violating MCC by distributing pamphlets/enrolment forms for NYAY scheme," EC said. Yadav has been asked by EC to file an explanation within a day.
