The Election Commission will deploy AI-based systems during West Bengal's Special Intensive Revision to prevent inclusion of fake or deceased voters, a senior official said. Facial similarities across photographs will be analysed to spot individuals registered at multiple locations. Despite this, booth-level officers will conduct door-to-door visits and take photos for verification, he added.
