Senior Supreme Court advocate Harish Salve said the Enforcement Directorate is acting proactively in the UK case regarding fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi. "ED has intervened and is trying to get the money in Modi's trusts back to India," Salve said. The issue is that file for Modi's extradition is pending and an asylum plea has probably been filed, he added.
