ED arrested ex-MUDA Commissioner Dinesh Kumar over charges of money laundering in connection with alleged illegal site allotments, reports stated. This comes after ED raided two Bengaluru residential premises linked to Kumar in connection with the MUDA scam. During his tenure as Commissioner, Kumar indulged in large-scale illegal allotment of MUDA sites for "gratification and pecuniary benefits".
