The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Jagdish Kumar Arora and Anil Kumar Aggarwal in connection with the Delhi Jal Board Corruption Case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Arora, the former Chief Engineer, is accused of awarding contracts to ineligible firms, leading to bribery and money laundering.
