Mehul Choksi's lawyer Vijay Aggarwal claimed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets much more than the money due to the banks. This comes after ED transferred seized assets of Mehul Choksi, Nirav Modi and Vijay Mallya worth ₹9,371.17 crore to banks and the Centre.
