Calcutta High Court has dismissed TMC’s plea seeking preservation of confidential political data allegedly seized by the ED during raids at I-PAC chief Pratik Jain’s residence and office. The plea was rejected after the ED told the court that it had seized nothing. It was Mamata Banerjee who took away files and devices while the raid was ongoing, ED said.
