ED has filed a Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) case worth over ₹1,654 crore against Myntra, its related companies and their Directors for allegedly violating foreign direct investment (FDI) rules. According to ED, the probe has been launched based on information that Myntra and its related firms are conducting multi-brand retail trading (MBRT) under guise of 'Wholesale Cash & Carry'.
