ED filed chargesheet against beauty influencer Sandeepa Virk and Amit Gupta alias Nageshwar Gupta in a money laundering case. Virk was arrested on August 12 and is currently in judicial custody. Investigation reportedly revealed that Virk acquired immovable property in her name, claiming to be owner of a website selling FDA-approved beauty products. ED alleges that products are non-existent.
