The Bengaluru Zonal Office of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday, 20 November, filed a prosecution complaint against former Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) commissioner GT Dinesh Kumar in connection with the illegal sites allotment scam worth ₹450 crore. The complaint was filed under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
