Enforcement Directorate has frozen ₹192 crore linked to gaming platform WinZO, founded by Soumya Rathore and Paavan Nanda, after searches at its accounting firm. The move follows earlier arrests, asset freezes, and allegations related to real money gaming operations, user fund controls, and overseas transactions, placing the startup at the centre of India’s regulatory scrutiny of online gaming.
