Enforcement Directorate (ED) has moved the Supreme Court (SC) to challenge the Delhi High Court's (HC) order quashing a probe against home finance firm Indiabulls. According to ED, Indiabulls loaned money to entities to increase its stocks' market price. The Delhi HC had quashed the ED probe against Indiabulls and held that no coercive action be taken against the firm.
