Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a charge-sheet against Pune builder Avinash Bhosale's son, Amit Bhosale, in connection with a land grab case. ARA Properties and two others were also named in the charge-sheet. It was alleged that the land was transferred to ARA Properties, violating allotment rules. Bhosale and his son were accused of developing a commercial building on the land.
