Edtech firm BrightCHAMPS has announced the acquisition of Singapore-based company Schola in a $15 million cash and stock deal. In June 2022, the startup backed by entrepreneur Binny Bansal announced that it had allocated $100 million to make edtech acquisitions across the US, UK, Southeast Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. BrightCHAMPS earlier acquired edtech startup Education10x.
