Engineering-focused edtech startup Skill-Lync acquired experiential learning platform Crio. Following the acquisition, Crio will operate independently under the Skill-Lync group. Skill-Lync was founded in 2018 and has raised a total of $20 million from investors like Y Combinator and Better Capital. Crio, also founded in 2018, is backed by Binny Bansal and other former Flipkart employees.
