Edtech unicorn upGrad filed a merger scheme to consolidate all its mergers and acquisitions in India into One upGrad, in preparation of its initial public offering (IPO) in 2024. The company said that it plans to complete the process by March-June 2023. In the last two-and-a-half years, upGrad has acquired 11 startups and overall acquired 14 companies across different verticals.
