Aligarh basic education officer Rakesh Singh praised his son for scoring 60% marks in Class 12 CBSE Board exams. Sharing his mark sheet, Singh recalled his own performance in entrance exams, saying, "The boy who didn't know ABCs of history scored 80% marks in history in Public Service Commission exam in 2000." "Life can start from anywhere, anytime," he added.
