EFC expands Pune portfolio with 2,000+ new seats

EFC (I) shares declined 1.46 per cent to ₹177.30 after the company leased a 95,897 sq. ft. A+ category building in Pune for five years. The facility has revenue potential of over ₹70 crore and will add more than 2,000 seats. EFC continues to expand its managed office, Design & Build and furniture manufacturing businesses.
