EFC Limited has approved the allotment of 4.97 crore fully paid-up bonus equity shares in a 1:1 ratio. This means shareholders received one additional share for every existing share held as of February 11. After this allotment, the total paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹19.91 crore, divided into 9.95 crore shares of ₹2 each.
