An elderly couple was found murdered inside their home in Assandh in Karnal on Monday. The cause of the murder is yet to be determined, but prima facie, it appears the victims were allegedly strangled to death after their hands and legs were tied and their mouths sealed with tape. The deceased have been identified as Hari Singh and his wife Leela.
