US-based electric air-taxi maker Joby Aero will add LinkedIn Co-founder Reid Hoffman to its board. Google General Counsel Halimah DeLaine Prado and former Southwest Airlines CFO Laura Wright will also be joining the board. Joby has agreed to merge with Reinvent Technology Partners, a SPAC firm of which Hoffman is a co-lead director, as a means to trade on NYSE.
