Electric pulses to brain can make people act less selfish: Study

A University of Zurich study found that stimulating two areas of the brain through pulses of electricity allows people to act less selfishly. When electrical current was applied to the frontal and parietal areas of the brain, participants showed increased willingness to give away money. "The effects were not huge, but they're consistent," said one of the authors.
