Scientists at Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology (NTNU) have developed a new electronic voting system that cannot be hacked even by quantum computers that are being developed. The system mixes votes to prevent tracing them to individuals, ensures only eligible voters participate and safeguards anonymity. It also ensures votes can be counted and checked and that result is correct.
