Electronics sector tops PLI payouts at ₹19,091 crore

India's large-scale electronics manufacturing sector received ₹19,090.98 crore under the PLI scheme through June 2026, the highest among all sectors. Investments reached ₹20,580 crore. Smartphone exports surged to $30 billion in 2025-26 from $5.5 billion in 2021-22. Overall PLI disbursements across 14 sectors totalled ₹36,754 crore since 2020.
