Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday said, "As far as private business and Elon Musk is concerned...he is undoubtedly an outstanding person." He added, "He (Musk) is an active and talented businessman and he's succeeding a lot." Putin's remarks came days after Musk acknowledged refusing Ukraine's request for Starlink use in an attack on Russia.
