Elon Musk’s X sued New York state, challenging constitutionality of the state's law requiring social media companies to disclose how they monitor hate speech and disinformation. X argues the law subjects it to lawsuits unless it discloses “highly sensitive speech”. It claims the law is similar to a law in California that was partially blocked by a federal appeals court.
