Tesla CEO and the world's second-richest person, Elon Musk, took to Twitter to share a meme after the US shot down an alleged Chinese 'spy balloon' off the US Atlantic coast. The meme showed the flying house featured in the 2009 animated film 'Up' being shot down. China has said America is "clearly overreacting and seriously violating international practice".
