Twitter's new owner Elon Musk on Monday shared rules that users must follow while using the microblogging site and wrote, "Twitter rules will evolve over time." While the rules largely appeared to be the same as before, a new section on 'Misleading and Deceptive Identities' has been added. It forbids users against impersonating others to mislead, confuse or deceive people.
